Lift thine eyes...and think about such things...

In sickness, in health, in rich, in poor...battle is back and forth, up and down, the hours long, the days all too short, fighting on many fronts, physically, emotionally, spiritually these past 6 months...yet good lessons, good memories, much growth and oh my the taste, the sound, the smell, the touch of the Lord through soul mate, children, fellow brethren, family, friends, even acquaintances...oh how the prince ruler of this world would love nothing more than the focus to be on anything and everything but Jesus, the cross, His grace that is sufficient in and of itself, as well as the many blessings seen and unseen.

Arise my love, the grave no longer has a hold on you...isn't that how the song goes?

Arise!
(qum):to stand up, an intensive mood to signify empowering or strengthening, to engage in battle.
(maqom): place, height, stature, standing

Yea, while some stand by and complacently scoff it all off and manipulate for their betterment to see the hurt and wounded coming back for more, fleshly more...the Spirit within says Arise, praise the Holy One, the Holy Lamb, the Son of the giver of life...breath in, breath out, listen as the heartbeat maintains within...keeping this broken vessel alive for a day, days numbered by Him...and all for His glory. As he suffered so shall we, yet He is there, holding, strengthening, healing, whispering I love you, my grace is sufficient, arise my love, remain steadfast, run the race, cry out on bended knee in humility and I will restore, I will restore from "inside" out.

Now see and taste what is good.

"turn my eyes away from worthless things, preserve my life according to your word"...another song!

Look up, look in, lift thine eyes, take every thought captive, let the word hidden your heart take heed and become alive. No pity, no shame, no condemnation, yes ailments, struggles, strive...but all for the battle of souls and testimonies. Bigger than just circumstances in sickness, in health, in rich, in poor. Wicked desires the focus off of Holy One, no fear for he does not rule in the end, for the "I Am" has already defeated him, but his mission: to keep souls from the Lord, from the heavenly realms, from the glorious worship of the Lord, from what is pure, what is right, what is praise worthy. Children of the Lord, the battle is real, this tis true, Praise the Lord for He has already Won.

My eyes reading "Life", my ears listening to His whispers, my hands held high in praise, my feet walking His path for me, my soul heavenward, heart wounded yet at peace, seeking Him and His ways.

He is healing His child.

He is growing His child.

He is supplying life to His child.

He will restore His child.

As words flow across page children singing and signing in praise, thankful hearts to Thee....tears of pure peace run down face, as once again a glimpse He shows of His character, promise and work in all.

In sickness, in health, in poor, in rich...yet many lessons along experience, much growth in all, many quiet little moments that would take up pages and pages, all sunk to memory, sweet joy, sweet peace even in the trial...yes the healing is for all, faith: the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Praise to Thee.

He continues to whisper: one simple act is required from this vessel: Look unto Thee.

Lift thine eyes...and think about such things...

"Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy..meditate on these things"...Phil 4:8
